Privacy

Your information, handled carefully.

This notice explains what happens to the information you choose to share through this independent website.

Who is responsible for your information?

Dan Smith is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This is an independent website operated by Dan Smith as an authorised Utility Warehouse Partner and Team Leader; it is not the official Utility Warehouse website.

What information may be used?

If you request a bill review, you may choose to share your name, phone number, address, postcode, household service costs, estimated energy usage and any other details you include. If you enquire about joining my team, you may share your name, age eligibility, location, occupation and self-employment eligibility.

How is it collected?

The website prepares a message from the answers you enter and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to me until you review that message and choose to send it. The website does not store your completed form.

Why is it used?

I use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Utility Warehouse services may suit your household, prepare for a conversation with you, or discuss the self-employed earning opportunity you asked about. I will not sell your information.

Who may receive it?

Your message is handled through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. If you decide to obtain a quotation or apply for services, the relevant details will be entered into Utility Warehouse’s approved systems and handled under Utility Warehouse’s privacy information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

How long is it kept?

I keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide ongoing customer support, meet legal obligations or maintain necessary business records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is relied upon. Contact me by phone or WhatsApp on 07891 956552. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including which pages are viewed and how people reach the site. This information helps improve the website and its customer journey. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information.

This website also uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and whether a completed free bill review form opens WhatsApp. This helps assess and improve advertising. The Pixel does not receive the answers entered into the form, such as your name, phone number, address, postcode or household bill information. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies and process information under its own privacy terms.
